We are excited to announce that the first phase of the new and improved Dealers United Reporting is now live! 

As of August 1st, 2024, your Dealers United Social Ads reports will include many enhancements and updates.

Get Data in Real-Time with New Dynamic Reports

You will receive a new Social Ads report link that will open this new Dynamic Report.

In this report, you will be able to access your store’s performance metrics at any time without logging in.

Easily navigate the metrics you want to see using the new left-side navigation menu. Simply toggle between your active Social Ads Platforms, or even your multiple locations if you have many stores live with Dealers United.

Select Your Desired Date Ranges

How To Change Your Date Range

While viewing any metrics page in the report, you can also change your Date Range from the default range of "Last month," to reflect any period of your choosing.

To do this, navigate to a Social Ads platform page, such as the “Meta” page.

Next, select the date range drop-down menu at the right corner of the page.

With the date picker modal open, you can either:

  • Select from a pre-set range of options, such as Last Month, Last Quarter, This quarter so far, and more.

    -OR-
  • Pick your Start Date on the left side of the date picker and the End Date on the right side of the date picker.

Click “APPLY” and your data will load for that date range.

Repeat these steps for each page and social ads channel that you wish to view in that time period.

📢 Heads up: If you have multiple live Social Ad platforms, you will need to adjust your date range on each page, for each platform. The date range you select for Meta will not automatically apply to your metrics for TikTok. 

Understanding “Previous Period” Comparisons 

The red and green indicator arrows and percentages compare the data you selected to the previous equivalent period.

For example, if your date range is set to “Last month” (i.e., June), the Previous Period would be the previous month (May). 

Similarly, if you selected “This year so far,” (i.e., January 1st 2024 - July 30th 2024), the Previous Period would be January 1st 2023 - July 30th 2023.) And so on!

Technical Notes, Bugs and Support

As these new reports aggregate many real-time metrics from many different data sources, sometimes the reports can take a few seconds to load. 

  • If loading seems slow, try refreshing your browser to “kick start” the metrics
  • If you see “0s” in your report, it may indicate that no ads were run during that period
  • If you see “No data” or “error” messages, you may be experiencing a bug. For any technical issues or alerts, please report them to support@dealersunited.com
