Creative Production Guidelines - Updated June 2025

New Creative Production Standards Built for Scalability and Results

To improve turnaround times and continue delivering top-tier creative that meets evolving OEM/platform standards, we’re implementing a few new Creative Production guidelines:

  • Custom Creative Ads:

    • Up to 3 submissions/month, with a maximum of 4 designs per submission (including multiple sizes for social channels)
    • 2 full refreshes/year (e.g., logo or seasonal design updates)
  • Monthly Specials (Meta only):

    • 1 special ad submission/month, with up to 10 incentives
    • 1 change order included per submission (dealer's preference or incentive change)
    • Incentives must be submitted via our new customized submission form

      The final ad will be 1 Instant Experience video (view examples HERE) showcasing up to 10 offers on our themed ad templates.
*After extensive testing, we’ve found that the Instant Experience Collection Ad—featuring your incentives in an engaging video with your inventory—offers the best customer shopping experience. That’s why we’re moving exclusively to this ad type for your monthly specials.
    • Monthly Special Example:

      • Submission:
        Incentive 1: 2025 Kia K4 - Up to $3,250 off any in stock
        Incentive 2: 2025 Kia Sorento S AWD - Lease for $289/mo for 36 months + $3,899 due at signing + no security deposit required
        Incentive 3: 2025 Kia Sportage PHEV X-Line - Lease for $279/mo for 36 months + $2,999 due at signing + no security deposit required

  • Bring Your Own Video (BYOV) ➜ Bring Your Own Ads (BYOA)

    • "Bring Your Own Video" (BYOV) campaigns now count toward Custom Creative campaigns and limits, as they require custom work on resizing/trimming, adding music, and other edits.

    • Instead, we’ll help you launch up to 5 ads/month with creative you provide, provided the creative is already resized based on Creative Size Requirements and needs no editing — now known as "Bring Your Own Ads!"
